INSTRUCTIONS FOR OBTAINING QATAR VISA

Dear Friends,
The Organizing Committee of the 2004 Liebherr World Table Tennis Team Championships would like to offer help to all Associations by providing the Qatar visa as follows:

Procedure

1. Send by e-mail (scanned attachment) or by courier (DHS, UPS, FEDEX, etc.) a copy
of the passport pages that contain the holder’s photo and following information:

- type of passport
- passport number
- name
- family name
- nationality
- date of birth
- sex
- place of birth
- date of issue
- date of expiry
- issued by authority

Note: Copies sent by fax will not be accepted, as copies sent by fax are often not clear
enough and will be refused by the Immigration Office.

2. Within seven (7) days from the day you sent your documents, you will receive the
Qatar visa by e-mail or fax. At passport control, upon your arrival in Doha, you have
to present this visa paper together with your passport.You do not need to apply for
visa at the Qatar Embassy or Consulate.

3. The Qatar Organising Committee (QOC) will charge a fee of US$ 35.00 per visa.
This fee must be paid together with the entry fee to the bank account of the 2004
Liebherr World Table Tennis Team Championship.

Please send your documents as soon as possible, to be sure that you will receive the Qatar visa on time.
